Army Strong!
Forty-five minutes after Spencer and I finished cleaning the church for our ward Easter breakfast on Saturday, Spencer's family all came to our house for lunch and to bid farewell to Spencer's younger brother Jon. Yesterday he reported to the Army for basic training camp and Officer's training school in Alabama. He will be gone for 6 months and then who knows where he and his wife will be stationed. Jackson thinks it is quite cool that Uncle Jon is going to go be a soldier and fight "bad guys". Then when I told him he is going to fly helicopters, that about put him over the edge! We will miss Jon a lot- as you can tell from the pictures, our boys love their uncle. But we are proud of him for serving our great country.

I bet you're glad to have that weekend over with! What a great thing Spencer's brother is doing.
It was a GREAT activity!!! My mom and dad came too, and they commented on what a special program it was! Delicious food, fun hunt, and testimony strengthener (word???).
Glad you could enjoy a special Easter.
Also, good luck and best wishes for your brother-in-law.
